I have the ek7000 and mine only turns on when it’s plugged in and charging, it always says it’s fully charged but then when I unplug it it just turns off and is unable to turn back on.

I have the ek7000 and used it 3 times plugged it up to my computer to upload the videos not it wont turn on at all with a full battery
